The Three Bit Codec is Just a fun little project to reasonably obscure given text and have a way to reverse it, and came about as an exercise while researching ways of encoding attachments in a given message stream. Originally built in mid-2006, I keep this around for no particular reason other than some weird sort of geeky amusement. Enjoy.
